B-flat trumpet, electric guitar, two violins, cello (2024)

In August 2024 Composers Concordance presented a concert in Montpelier, Vermont, for which I wrote O Vermont, a lighthearted lampoon of Vermont’s state song. The criteria: available instruments were B-flat trumpet, two violins, cello, electric guitar and poet; and the length had to be no more than five minutes.
