Written for Two Old Crows as the middle song between Champagne and Other Spirits and Two Old Crows. The science fiction theme of the text makes a cameo appearance in “Two Old Crows.” The title shares its pronunciation with the capital of Burkina Faso, “Ouagadougou.”
